Hi there.
i´m backing up 1 share with plenty of subfolders via nfs.
path: nfs3://nas.domain/backup/subfolder01
in this path have some two subfolders i want to exclude
paths:
nfs3://nas.domain/backup/subfolder01/abc/xyz
nfs3://nas.domain/backup/subfolder01/def/xyz
what is the corret path-sytax in the advanced exlude masks to exclude them?
i tried a lot but nothing worked out.

Hi Damian
Have you tried the following exclusions?
Code: Select all
nas.domain:/backup/subfolder01/abc/xyz
nas.domain:/backup/subfolder01/def/xyz
Excluding Objects
This screenshot is from Veeam Backup & Replication v12.1. It shows you a list of possible exclusions for a File To Tape job:

Hi Fabian, thank yoiu.
I did and i tried a "/" at the end too.
I even recreated the job with your suggestion, but doesn´t work either.
Job calculation: "17.01.2024 08:00:19 :: Total backup job size: 9680 files and 469 folders (8,8 TB)" 8,8 TB is the complete size of "subfolder01".
Is there any log where i can see how veeam is processing the exclusions?
