Veeam 5 & Exchange 2010

I needed some information around Veeam backup 5 and Exchange 2010 backup \ recovery.

Best practices for backup & restoring. This includes iindividual items from exchange such as emails, calendar items. Also restoring individual Databases & Logs.

We are working on a Exchange project at present and need to implement Veeam backup.

Can someone please guide me in the correct direction where i can find the info above.
