Backup from azure blob to other

Hey Ya'll!

I'm wondering if we can use another server in Azure to act as a gateway server in a backup copy job to copy backups from azure blob storage(as primary) to an s3 object storage that's outside of Azure?

To help answer your question, I have one question. What type of data is stored on your Azure blob storage?
- VBR backups?
- Veeam Backup for Azure backups?
- VB365 backups?
