Weekly vm backup job

I have created a vm backup job and I want it to run every friday. I set on these days and choosed friday but it runs everyday. How can I schedule it for only friday?

I assume you have configured "only friday" in the job schedule:

Have you scheduled daily full backups as well? If so, the job will also run on such days:
