[Feature Request] Function to temporarily except a VM from Malware Scanning

Hello together,

I would like to ask for the option to temporarily except a VM from the Malware Scan (i.e. only for the next scheduled backup run).
The reason for this would be, that an administrator does maintenance on a Server and for example deletes old log files or old client components from an Exchange Server to free disk space. Currently the malware engine detects this as "too many files have their name changed" or "too many files have been deleted", which while correct, is in this case a false positive. Since in this scenario the renaming/deleting is a planned action it would be nice to be able tell the VBR "Don't check for this for the next backup, I know about it".
Today I could do a VM exclusion manually, but then I have to remember to remove that exclusion again after the next run, which could be forgotten.
