Slow to restore VM on EC2

We need support, as we are experiencing extreme slowness in performing restores on AWS EC2. We use Direct Connect in the environment, and this slowness only affects restores. Backups offloads or archives are sent normally and utilize the bandwidth of the link. We have already evaluated at the firewall and network levels in conjunction with the team, but we have not identified anything limiting the bandwidth or causing slowness. This slowness is only noticed in the option to Restore to Amazon EC2, also validated with helper appliances of different configurations/resources, but without success. If any further information is needed, we are available. Another capacity test I noticed that we have this slowness and we are able to use the entire link. We have already adjusted the repository and VBR according to the Direct Connect KB.
