Hello everyone, I have encountered the following issue. When I restore files in the original environment, I can see the complete restore point, but when I copy data to a new environment to restore files, I can only see one restore point. What is the reason for this?

Re: V11.0-Remote file recovery failed
Hello weidonglinlin,
Welcome to R&D forums! Please make sure you are copying the entire folder with all the content (vbk, vbm, vib files) to a new location before importing backups to B&R server. Based on your description it sounds like single vbk file (full backup) was copied while the remaining incremental backup chain was not copied or the metadata file describing the backup chain is missing. Thank you!
