Not refresh quota tenant after delete from disk
Good Morning
I have the following doubt. I have configured Veeam B&R as a service provider using the Cloud Connect function.
On the tenant side I have 4 backup copy with an established quota. I had to eliminate 2 backup copy, with its corresponding removal of the disk from the copies of these backup copies, and when making a rescan of the Cloud repository, the space used by the tenant remains in the same figure, and must be down to almost half of the space used. Why does it not cool after having deleted the copy backups?
Best regards.

Hi,
Do you see these backups files if you browse your cloud repository manually?
Thanks!

Re: Not refresh quota tenant after delete from disk
While I'm not the OP, I have the same problem.
The files were removed from the disk, I re-scanned the repo, but the space used does not change. When I do a file size of the folder for the tenant, it is a fraction of the reported amount in Veeam.
I've even tried the ctrl right click 'reset' and nexting through the tenant properties with no change.

Re: Not refresh quota tenant after delete from disk
My issue was resolved by having the customer run a job against the tenant in which I manually deleted files. Today their quota shows up with the additional free space.
