Timeout issues - wcf timeout vs archiver timeout
We are experiencing unexpected timeouts on some operations. The config file for the affected server has both lines: <Archiver OperationTimeout="600"> and <WCF OperationTimeout="28800" />. Do these lines serve the same purpose, and will one override the other? As it seems that this may be the cause of our timeouts after one hour.

Re: Timeout issues - wcf timeout vs archiver timeout
Hello OzFenric
Please don't share configuration parameters here in our forums.
Our VB365 XML config files should never be tweaked without first having our customer support involved.
Can you please open a support case and let me the case number?
Thank you,
Fabian
