Log files

Hi

In the Veeam log file location I see some sub folders one called Export Logs and the other system\retention

What are these for and is it safe to delete log files in these folders? There are a number of old log files in these folders that if possible I would like to delete

Hi Paul

Those logs are used by our support team in a support case to investigate technical issues with your backup server.
Generally said you can delete log files in C:\ProgramData\Veeam\Backup.
Just keep in mind, log files may be required for a support case. If you delete most recent logs files, our support team won't have all the information to investigate an issue.
