VeeamOne no Connection to Veeam BR

Perhaps you have an idea. I've finally got VeeamOne licenced and running since last week - but I'm a bit desperate at the moment.
I have all vCenters connected without any problems and also a Veeam backup server from another location which, contrary to the recommendations, is currently still within the domain. (However, my colleagues have been given this as a to-do.)

My problem is more with the Veem backup server here at my site. It's not in the domain. The firewall is active and I have already created a firewall rule that allows incoming 135, 445, 1239, 2741, 2805, 49152-65535. Outgoing also 137, 139, 445. Both from Point to Point and I have also activated the firewall log for discarded packets.

Even if I use the correct local administrator data of the Backupsystem on the VeeamOne server, my VeeamOne says when setting up the connection: "Failed to connect to ***. Access denied. Please verify credentials and try again." I have already tried the username in the spellings Server\Usermame and Username@Server.

I can also access the backup server with the data via RDP (yes, this will be deactivated soon ;) ). Only the access via Explorer in the direction of \\Servername\c$ does not work. The local admin password that is used is 32 characters long including special characters etc.

Hello David,
I would totally recommend you to open a support ticket, where our engineers can help you troubleshoot the issue.

It doesn't matter if your VeeamONE is not in the domain, or different than VBR. As long as ports are opened, and all the requirements for the account used are met on the VBR side:

It should work, but as said, inside the logs, and with the help of support, this can be resolved.

Thanks for your Reply. I contacted our service provider today and already exported the needed Logfiles.
When trying to take a look by myself I don't realy know which of all those files will be the right one so I will have to wait a little.
