Hi,
We upgraded the backup copy chain (going to a Cloud Connect Repository) from legacy on our 8 Backup Copy jobs. We run the "Backup Copy Job" report each month to see the amount of storage used by each job so we can charge back the departments responsible for each job. We upgraded by creating a new mirror mode job and mapping to the existing backups which triggered the synthetic full as expected. The chain increments carried on fine and created a Jobname_1 folder in the repository, and real-time GFS pruning is working. However, the report now only shows the data in the new _1 job folder, not the existing job data. Is this expected? We really need a report of the full amount for each chain. For example, 1 job uses 13TB in the old job folder, and 2TB in the new one. The report shows 2TB not 15.
Thanks,
Matt

Re: Reporting on upgraded chain jobs
Hello Matt,
Got a word from QA, this is not expected, and therefore should be considered as bug. Would you mind to please create a support ticket and let us know the ticket number?
We will take it from there and discuss next steps.
