MFA Does not allow Job to run

Hello,

We currently use VBAWS to backup our EC2 and VPC configurations.
We then have our VBR pull a copy from the S3 bucket which contains the data backed up onto a off prem backup.
Our issue is when we enable MFA on our accounts (all accounts) on VBAWS the VBR backup is unable to pull the backup from the S3 bucket, we have spoken with support and they have determined this is due to the VBR applications inability to use MFA and requesting MFA each time the VBR attempts to copy the data from the bucket.
We are wondering if there is a roadmap in place to resolve this issue as we would like all account associated with VBAWS to have MFA enabled and enforced without conflicting with our VBR off prem backup.

Could you clarify what you mean by the title "does not allow job to run"? Do you mean you use backup copy jobs? Could you also share the support case ID so we can look into it?

We are having an issue with using VBAWS creating a backup and then having VBR pull a copy of the backup to our off prem datacenter.
This set up works fine, but once we enable MFA for the VBAWS account, we no longer can pull a backup copy with VBR.
All details are in the support case, really appreciate your eyes on this.
Would just like to see if this is a case which has occurred prior and if there is a roadmap to resolving this to allow MFA to be enabled on VBAWS without interfering with the VBR job that occurs afterwards.

We'll look to enhance this for a future release but I won't be able to pin a date on it right now.
