Hello,
I open on my firewall the URL documented by Veeam but it's not working because my firewall block an URL.
URL needed on Veeam Documentation :
one.butler.veeam.com
*.ss2.us
*.amazontrust.com
URL blocked by my firewall : prod-ingress-ext-317920010.us-east-1.elb.amazonaws.com
Is the documentation up to date or I have an other issue ?

Re: Intelligent diagnostic firewall rule
Hello matteu,
To be honest, the issue you've described is a bit unclear. Veeam ONE documentation is required to allow access on ports, not specific URLs.
Please check the ports page once again and make sure that all connection settings are fine. If you are sure that all is OK, then please open a support case. Our support engineers may analyze logs and point out if this is a real network issue or something else.
Thanks

Re: Intelligent diagnostic firewall rule
Hello,
The link you provide is exactly what I use for.
There is not only a port but a port + URL (fortunately...) .
So, there is port 443 with one.butler.veeam.com URL and port 80 for *.ss2.us and *.amazontrust.com
I just check log now and I can see :
Description: System.AggregateException: One or more errors occurred. (connection try failed because no answer after some time (one.butler.veeam.com:443))
I'm sorry it's just because I opened http but not https
It's working fine now.
