How to delete Windows 2003 R2 system file to test SureBackup

Hello,

I'm watching below YouTube link to test SureBackup:

The Video have to delete system file (please see 2:06), but I can't find them on Windows 2003 R2 x64, even I selected show hidden files and folders, so I can't test it, or there have another way to test it by delete some file ?

I found which option can show those system file, please unselect Hide protected operating system files.
