Hi Forum!
I am reading so many posts, but I can't find the right one to solve my problem.
I've got a Host (VMware 7) with 5 virtual machines (MS Server 2022). I've got a NAS (RJ45, SMB) and a RDX-USB-Drive (connected at the server, passthrough to one virtual machine).
In VEEAM B&R i have 2 jobs. One Job to backup complete host (all 5 VMs) to the NAS. The Job is always fine and success.
The second Job backups all VMs to the RDX- every day with the error.*
After that i install VEEAM B&R in version 12.1.2.172 to another VM and connect the RDX as a share. I create for any VM an own job and the error* is not every day at all VMs, but at one or two VMs (every day another VM).
What can i do now?

Re: CASE ID 07296932 Error: The volume for a file has been externally altered so that the opened file is no longer valid
What is Veeam support saying?
Give us some specs of your VBR. Maybe it is a lack of resources.
And please check kb1999 for the right av excludes.

Hi karsten123,
at the moment - nothing.
Specs from the VM:
CPU: Intel Xeon Silver 4210 2,4GHZ (1 Socket, 4 Core)
RAM: 12GB
System: Server 2022 Std
Todays Result: all RDX-Jobs are Success (but I didn't change anything)

Hi Mildur,
yes, my account was deleted, because Veeam Support Team migrate it to a company (but its a private account). I've got a new one and open a new ticket. Could someone close this here?
