Restore/migrate from vSphere to KVM (RHV)?

Post by mr_jjjj »

I'm trying to find any documentation on restoring or migrating VMs from a vSphere hypervisor to a RHV one.

The documentation for VBR talks about recovery to vSphere, Hyper-V and the cloud (AWS, Azure), but doesn't mention recovery to RHV (KVM), and the documentation for RHV (and OLVM) only mentions recovery back to a KVM host.

I'm guessing that this isn't possible yet? From the various marketing information I've found, I'd guess this is in the works?

Hello Jure,
KVM supports import form VMware, can you try it?
