GFS report

Post by Rajesh1210 »

Hi,

I am looking to schedule the "GFS Backup files" report in Veeam ONE to my email ID. But, due to large size of the document, it is failing. I even tried to schedule the report to my OneDrive and it is failing too. I do not see many options to filter the report before generating it. Hence I am looking to query the required data directly from VeeamONE database. Kindly help with your insights.

That was my first thought, scope the reports down a little before generating. Per datastore? Per host? I'm curious now, how large is the report?

Hello,
The report can be filtered by Jobs, and job types, so you do not need to export it all massively. It is not expected to fail when scheduled, as it will be send once generated. I would suggest to create a support ticket to check why it is failing.

Regarding the SQL data directly, not supported, but sure here are the steps:

Please let us know.
