Hello,

We are trying to export PostgreSQL database and are getting error
Mount failed: The command timed out: sudo \find '/tmp/Veeam.Mount.FS.488a4505-eb65-4d41-aa28-3dd6a8d14286/71d27f53_0/data/' -type l 2>/dev/null

Staging server is configured.

Thank you for sharing the case number and sorry to hear about the challenges. Unclear why that specific command is timing out, but let's allow Support time to review the issue.

I can see the case was opened as a Free case -- please be sure to include a valid license is added to the Veeam server where the unexpected behavior is occurring. If you are unable to select a paid case option, please create an additional (2nd) case with the type "Licensing", and Veeam Support will review and assist with what steps must be taken to allow your account to open a non-Community edition case.
