Hi All,
I'm currently migrating from VSphere to HyperV. I've updated my old VSphere server to 12.1 and installed the same version onto the new HyperV server. When I attempt to take a config backup it fails when I add encryption. The backup works fine without . I've been advised by support to run 'Cryptochecked' to check for issues with the DB. I cant find this anywhere! Does anyone have experience of this issue or have suggestions for a solution. The password meets the complexity requirements. The old server is using MSSQL, the new server is Postgre.
Cheers
Garry

Re: Config backup fails when using encryption
Hi Garry and Welcome to Veeam R&D Forums!
I will request our support team leaders to provide you with this tool and instructions on how to use it. Alternatively, it might be even better to perform the task during a remote session with our engineer.
Thanks!
