Hello,
I need to install Veeam plugin for AIX on a server which is the primary of two nodes and configure a job that saves the content of a folder in managed mode.
Should I install and repeat the configuration also on the secondary node?
Thanks

Re: Installation and configuration with cluster
Hello,
As I understand, you are running a 2-node PowerHA cluster.
I also assume you are referring to Veeam Agent for AIX, despite mentioning the word "plugin."
Please note that backup of a clustered system, IBM PowerHA SystemMirror, is not supported by Veeam Agent for AIX.
Therefore, the answer is yes, you must install Veeam Agent for AIX on both nodes.

Re: Installation and configuration with cluster
Hello Rovshan,
thanks.
I've installed the agent on both nodes.
What about the job configuration? A job has been configured from the primary node. Should I run the configuration also on the secondary? Maybe without a schedule because the target path is missing since it is on the primary node at the moment

Re: Installation and configuration with cluster
Hello,
Yes, you will need to configure the job on the other secondary machine as well.
However, when it comes to a shared file system that is mounted on the primary node and needs to failover to the secondary node if necessary,
I would suggest trying NFS file share backup jobs.
Export the shared file system via NFS so that the share is accessible via the VIP/Clustered IP. Then, follow these steps:
