Is it possible to Roll Back the Agent software.
I inadvertently update the agent and transportation software after Backup and Replication software update. I need to roll the agent software back to the previous version. Is this possible or do I have to uninstall everything go back to the previous version of the backup and replication software and reinstall everything. This seem like something that should be easy to do, but I have found pretty much nothing on it. This is the Windows agent. I need to go from Veeam Agent for Microsoft Windows 6.2.0.121 to Veeam Agent for Microsoft Windows 6.1.2.134.

First of all, may I ask why do you need to roll it back?
If you have upgraded Veeam B&R to version 12.2, it sounds reasonable to use the newest agent version (6.2.0.121) as well.

As a company that has to follow government regulations we have to put the software into test first for a certain amount of time, but it would be good to know if the serve auto updates the production machines attached to it what I would do to roll back to the previous version. We have had this happen with other types of software. We updated the server software for our AV before and it overwrote some setting which led to software automatically being introduced into our production environment.

The only one way to downgrade the product is to re-install previous version.
If you need installation pack for previous version, which is not listed on Downloads page, please, reach out to our Support team and raise a support case.

Hello Michael,
Please be aware that if the new version of our product has already created new backups, you won't be able to use the backup chains after "downgrading" the product.
Backup files and metadata created or updated by newer versions cannot be used by older builds.
