Hi team,
we want to migrate from non-immutable object storage to immutable object storage. All Azure blobs.
How should the data be copied? I understand that "az copy" would be a good option, but I'm not sure which files need to be copied and which not.

Correct, it won't work. You will have to need to wait until we have the migration process finalized
