Failing Backup Copy

I have searched the forum here and I see this issue or similar issues going back quite some time, but the only resolution I have seen is that you have to make a support ticket and get an sql script to run. Hopefully that isn't still the case though...

I have a File Backup job, that copies a folder from a network location. Then, it runs a Backup Copy to copy that to Wasabi.
The backup runs fine (to a local repo), but the backup copy always fails (copying that backup to wasabi).

It always fails with this:

It is the same Wasabi repository that VM backups are successfully backing up to, so I know the wasabi connection is good.

Please open a Support Case as is requested when creating a topic. Regrettably we will not be able to troubleshoot over the forums, and if there is an edit to the Configuration Database required, such edits must be done with Support oversight.

The behavior is not expected, and not clear why the job 'folder_backup' is interrupting the Backup Copy, but Support will be the right first step to resolve.

Be sure to include logs for Support to review. (Use the 1st radio button, select both the primary job and the backup copy (ctrl+click to select multiple jobs)

Please share your case number here once created.
