OracleKVM ProxyVM not longer needed after upgrade to 12.2

it seems the deployed Proxy VM is not longer needed for backup, is it?

While installation Version 12.0 a ProxyVM was deployed to the Oracle KVM environment, but now it seems 12.2 can handle every request directly with the Oracle KVM manager, is it?

Hello,

The worker component is necessary for processing backup workloads.
Therefore, the "ProxyVM" that you mentioned earlier still needs to be deployed.
