Veeam Explorers SQL - Restore from back file

Hi team,
It is possible restore from a .bak file with Veeam Explorers SQL? When I add a database as standalone it needs the mdf file.

Hello,

It's not possible. All restore features of our explorer, including Instant Database Recovery, are designed to use Veeam backup files as the data source. You can find more information about the explorer architecture on this page.
