Limit access to Restore Portal

Hi,
We have a situation where a customer is asking us wether we can limit all access to restore portal to ONLY Restore Operators.
All other users in tenant should not even be able to log in to the portal.

Is there any way to achieve this?

+1 I think this should be implemented as default, as VBO 365 is a RBAC solution. If an admin setup the Restore Operator role for an Organization it will only allow the aproved user to manange the organization. By default negate other access except restore operators
