Incorrect job history

Hi,

Case #07342251. We have this case open for several months, but support is still unable to solve it. So I’m asking here also.

We have the issue that every now and then the job history doesn’t show the correct number of session as configured. Sometimes only the sessions for the last couple of days are shown. Closing and re-opening the console doesn’t fix it. The workaround to correct this is pressing F5 to refresh the views, then it works fine for a couple of days. It looks just like the running job issue we had with the previous version.

Anyone experiencing this also?

Hi Franc,

Thank you for sharing the case number and sorry to hear about the challenges.

The behavior is not expected and currently there are no known issues that match the behavior you're experiencing. The case has been escalated to our Advanced Support Team and I can see the most recent remote session included collecting memory dumps from the VBR server, and the engineer is working with our RND to review the behavior.

Your patience and cooperation with the case is very much so appreciated, please continue with Support and allow RND some time to review the details from Support.
