Is there a list of fixes for each new version of VBR available anywhere?

I know you can find the fixes for 12.1 listed here (https://www.veeam.com/kb4510).

The release information for 12.2 (https://www.veeam.com/kb4600) does not seem to list any resolved issues and there doesn't appear to be anything in the release notes either.

Is there a listed of fixes (resolved issues) from 12.1 to 12.2 and a list of resolved issues for 12.2?

There are no external list like that. They would be huge as every significant release has thousands of bugs fixed, so too much effort to create. Further, it's really hard - next to impossible - to separate which bugs are "old" and which are mere regressions due to changes in the new version (including other bug fixes) that did not exist before, as everything is so tightly interconnected.
