Unable to uninstall Veeam Backup and Replication (Win 11)

I am trying the uninstall Veeam Backup and Replication (9.5.0.711 free edittion) on Windows 11. When I try uninstalling using the normal Windows uninstaller it says that there is no file associated with the app.
Can anyone advise on how I can get rid of the app?

Hello,

I doubt that we will be able to find a solution on our forums. You can either analyze the Windows event logs to gain a better understanding of the problem or install the latest supported version of Veeam B&R on another machine. I would recommend sticking with the second option.

That's annoying - it doesn't leave a trace in the Windows event logs.
Not much point installing the latest Veeam B&R as I have decided to abandon ESXi for Proxmox
