MSSQL plugin toolbar buttons

Trying out the MSSQL plugin and it's working fine. But I didn't get the expected toolbar buttons in SQL Server Management Studio. I see that the requirements include version 19.x of SSMS, not "version 19 or later" as I understood it first, and my installed version is 20.2. Could that be the problem?

Hi Daniel,

I'm sure that this is the reason for the problem. SQL Server Management Studio 20 will be supported in version 12.3, so it definitely makes sense to wait for the update.
