Hi community!
Case number: 07501750
After upgrading to Veeam BR 12.2.0.334 (I was on v11 before) my Surebackup Job stopped working with error:
“Error: Value cannot be null. Parameter name: destination”
I’m using “Advanced single-host” with two production networks and I have “Application Group” with single VM.
I’ve tried recreating Virtual Lab, Application Group but the error still persists, it looks like it has problems with adding route?
Value cannot be null.
Parameter name: destination (System.ArgumentNullException)
at Veeam.Backup.Common.CRouteUtilityItem..ctor(String destination, String netmask, String gateway)
But routes are appearing when I put “route print” on windows cmd when it's deploying Virtual Lab.
Adding routes manually or after changing networking in virtual lab to “Basic single-host (automatic configuration)” I got the same error.
Is this a bug or am I missing something in V12?

Re: Surebackup error destination null
Hi Karol, welcome to the forums.
Sorry to hear about the difficulties and thank you for sharing your case number; the behavior is not expected, and at first blush does not appear to match any known issues, so please allow Veeam Support time to review the situation. I'm not sure that this is explicitly about the configuration as we have an Null Reference error here (basically, we expected some data to be there, but it was not); Veeam Support will be able to review the debug logs and determine what steps need to be taken to correct this, so please allow Support time to review the issue and they will update with an action plan soon.

Re: Surebackup error destination null
I think that won't happen - they closed the case because of staff shortages (NFR license) :/
