Veeam generate Report fails

Hey Guys,

strange phenomen occurs since 2 weeks. It is not possible anymore to create a Backup Job Report. It fails after a several time with the following error: "Timeout during reading attempt". Do you guys have an idea how to fix this problem? How does this generate report works in general?

Iam using postgressql as local database for the veeam server

Just to be clear - you get this error when if you right-click the necessary session and select report? Thanks!

yes. I get this error, when I right click on the corresponding backup job and press report.

Thank you for the additional information. Unfortunately, to determine exactly what went wrong, we need debug logs. You can open a case with our support team and attach the latest debug logs.

The problem might occur during the connection to the backup service: we're retrieving data from the database to generate a report, but there might be too much data, causing a timeout after some time (around 10 minutes).
