License requirement changed version 12.3

Hi,

Has the license requirments changed in version 12.3. I have upgrade our 12.2 to 12.3 and now our VBM365 environment is no longer monitored, because we need a license now??
There was no mention in any release note, what happend?

Hello @jorgedlcruz.

Is it possible to have this verified? As of now upgrade to 12.3 is a nogo due to this license "issue"

Hi Einar,

Thing the problems was for me that my license was expired and not yet replaced. With a correct license the update will go well.

There are has not been any license changes. One thing to note is that during the upgrade it asks you for license or it says it will go to Community, but this is not entirely true.

Just click okay, and on the next step, the installer fetches the license from the database.

What is currently happening is that at that step sometimes customers pick a wrong license, or old, expired, and then issues arise. Just click next on that licensing question.
