Veeam Agent for Linux, backup of pve-root

I would like to know, how to backup and restore ONLY pve-root to be able to restore pve-root in case of a failed update.

As far as I have investigated, there is no suitable selection in the Agent's backup configuration that offers this.

I additionally want to backup /boot/efi.

In summary: pve-root (but not the whole /) and /boot/efi
