I can't run the VA Service, because it's show me:

I dont' understand it, because this servive operates all the time.

Hello Lukasz,

Thank you for the detailed explanation! Mind me asking if that happened instantly after the upgrade or it was just a random service stop and agent was previously working without any issues? Any chance you have a support case to share?

The problem appeared suddenly in version 6.2. I thought it would be resolved after installing version 6.3.

Understood, can you please raise a support case via Veeam Agent for Windows UI and let me know the case id? We need debug logs to understand the root case.
