Hello everyone,
I spent some days trying to find a way to backup NAS files to Veeam Cloud Connect repository but I didn't find how to do it.
Is there any option to do file backup to a VCC tenant repository with Veeam 12.1
Thanks in advance.

Re: Backup File to Veeam Cloud Connect
Hello Sergio,
NAS backup jobs currently do not support Cloud Connect repository as a target. As a possible workaround you can use direct backup to object storage as it supports ability to backup to a remote repository over the internet. Thank you!

Hello Dima,
Thanks for answering so fast. The fact is try to leverage the use of our tenant in VCC. So as you say there is no option to do it.
Thanks again.

Re: Backup File to Veeam Cloud Connect
I found a tricky solution.
I can do file backup to repository that is a disk of a VM and the backup this VM to VCC.
What do you think?

Hello Sergio,
It might work, however you need to ensure that file level backup is completed before kicking in the vm backup job, otherwise you wont get all the data to vm backup. Thank you!
