Hi Guys
I have a set of 20 Linux VMs I am hoping to backup to Wasabi. We are a decade + long Veeam company (MSP) so lots of Veeam knowledge.
I am having zero success with this agent though.
Multiple VPS devices, different issues. Finally I managed to get 1 VPS to be able to select a folder without crashing or hanging, but when I start a backup I get:
10:05:33 Preparing to backup
10:05:47 Creating volume snapshot
10:06:59 [error] Job failed unexpectedly
Before this I was getting an error about an XML being empty.
I would expect having tried this on 5 different Linux machines, game of numbers it would have worked on 1.
They are all Ubuntu using blksnap.
Any advice appreciated.
EDIT: after the failed backup I quit Veeam cleanly and now
Connection refused
Failed to connect: /var/tmp/veeam/socket/veeamservice.sock.
Failed to connect to veeamservice daemon.
Reboot and I can load it again.
Thanks
Dave

Re: Veeam Linux Agent Issues
Hello Dave,

Also, could you clarify what you meant by "...and I can load it again"?
