Veeam server C drive disk space
Hi this drive space seems growing. I recently installed Veeam enterprise manager to see but not panning to use. Do you think I can uninstall this and reclaim some space ? Veeam installs too many un wanted components. Pls advice

Re: Veeam server C drive disk space
Hello TDG
May I ask, how much disk size your Veeam Installation currently consumes? Are you far over the official disk space requirements?
I assume you use an all in one host for backup server, enterprise manager and configuration database? First I would recommend to migrate Veeam Enterprise Manager to a dedicated machine. Features like password loss protection benefit from a dedicated machine.
And depending on the size of your configuration database, you may want to consider to move it to another volume or dedicated machine.
You can also check if you can delete old log files. You can find them in C:\ProgramData\Veeam\Backup.
Best,
Fabian

Re: Veeam server C drive disk space
It is safe to delete older *.logs and *.zip/*.log.gz files (archived logs).
You can also adjust the log rotation parameter. Or change the log directory to another volume.
Please see this KB article for more information and configuration steps --> https://www.veeam.com/kb1825
Best,
Fabian
