12.3 upgrade stuck post upgrade

I always do the remote component upgrades after Veeam, which always work fine. The 12.3 upgrade has been stuck at "Collecting disks and volume info" on the VBR server components. All the other proxies are upgraded properly. Before I open a P1 , is there anything I can do? It's been 15 minutes post upgrade stuck here

It finally completed. Looks like it was stuck trying to scan an offline repository. Crisis averted
