Bonjour,
Is there a trick for passing/coding parameters with "advanced settings/Scripts dialog"
Ex:
Argument1 vm action
Argument2 vm name
run the following script before C:\Mypath\MyCommonVMscript.ps1 stop MyVMx
run the following script after C:\Mypath\MyCommonVMscript.ps1 start MyVMx
Merci
Cordialement

Re: Backup job : Passing parameters with pre/post scripts
Hi Michel,
There is no such option, you can only specify a path to a script file in the job wizard. Could you please clarify why that is not enough for your use case?
Thanks!

Re: Backup job : Passing parameters with pre/post scripts
Merci,
Dommage
we have some vm (reverse proxies on the front end of our organization) with pci devices.
I wanted to have a common script and avoid duplicating the stop/start/check/.... scripts by hardcoding the action and the name of the vms in each script
So the idea of being able to pass arguments via the wizard
Bonne soirée
