BGood morning everyone,
I would like to know if it is possible to back up the VMs I have on AWS using my on-premise Veeam. Additionally, what options do I have for the destination repository? Which repository would you recommend?
Thank you in advance for your support!

Re: VMs I have on AWS
Hi,
Please refer to the user guide on how to deploy Veeam Backup for AWS using VBR allowing you to protect those instances directly onto AWS S3 Object Storage.

What would be your recommendation: use a repository on AWS or transfer the backup locally?

Re: VMs I have on AWS
If you keep data within AWS and in the same region, there will be no egress costs which you will get if you send data outside of the region or AWS. This is something we cannot decide for you as you'll have to make a rough calculation on how much data you have.
