Wild Card Certs

Hi, does Veeam One not support wild card certs? I imported our wild card cert into the Personal/Certificates folder but when I go to bindings and edit it does not show up in the list? Any thoughts? Thanks.

Hello Eric,
What are the steps you are following to change the SSL certificate please? We have them specified here - https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/one/d ... ml?ver=120

Additionally, it will be a good idea to change the Veeam ONE Web API Certificate Requirements which you can find on the Configuration tool.

Give it a try, and if unsure please open a support ticket and share the ticket with us.

I followed that and on step 6 - From the SSL certificate list, select the necessary certificate and click OK. - it doesnt show our wildcard cert.

I did not see anything about changing the Veeam ONE Web API cert requirements. I can just submit a ticket
