Hi Veeam Team,
We have setup and built VeeamOne connected it to ServiceNow and it all works great love the new update with the Severity of an incident, but I have another ask we want to be able to add the Backup Object into the Alarm for example into the Alarm name "Server with no Successful backup %EntityName%" or even be able to put that Entity name into our Configuration Item (CI) field within ServiceNow. as we use ServiceNow as our CMDB too.
I know it's possible to do this in the email alerts being generated but would be very helpful to be to do pass any variable into those ServiceNow incident additional fields section from what I can tell you can only password static text.

Re: VeeamOne passing Variables into am Alarm
Hello Justin,
That is a great idea, we have it on our roadmap for future releases. Perhaps if we can have it sooner as hotfix, I will let you know so you can request it.
Thank you so much!
