I can see the VBR server can be used to backup the Azure Storage Account,
What minimum required licenses are to back up the Azure Storage account using the existing VBR server to the OnPremise Repository?

Hi Albert,
I've moved this to the correct subforum for object storage backup.
Object Storage backup requires a VUL license (1 instance = 500GB source data) or Capacity Licenses (1 license = 1TB source data). You can follow Niels link to find out how the product calculates the licenses.
