Support case in Behalf of the customer

Hello,

we are Veeam Partner and setup VDC Flex M365 Backup for our customer.

When I log in with my partner account, I can only see a handful of Customer.
If I want to open a support case, it only let me choose AWS.

How can I open a support case for our customer? Can I use our partner account to open a case in behalf of the customer or each customer needs an own veeam account?

Hello PFITnode,

Does the customer have a support ID for their VDC service? If so, please ask them to add you as a case administrator: https://www.veeam.com/kb2211.

If not, I suggest opening a "General Inquiry" request and asking our support team for guidance on what you will need to do to open cases for your customers. The team behind this forum cannot assist with support process-related requests, so it's best to address them directly to our support team ("General Inquiry" or "Talk to Manager" for active cases).

The customer didnt set anything up.
We did. Well basically we setup the Veam data cloud Backup for the customer. Thats it.
But I will ask with general inquiry.
