Source Bottleneck since Upgrade #07619407

Hello,

Since I have upgraded my Veeam from 12.0 to 12.3 and my appliance to the latest version i am facing low speed performances.
The speed before the upgrade was about 4 Gb/s
The speed now is about 180 Mb/s...

I know for a fact nothing has changed in my infrastructure.

I have already open a support case but I was wondering if anyone has already covered this issue.
I have tested many things :
upgrade the memory and vcpu of the Proxy Appliance
set the appliance to handle 0 jobs
add a worker with a host affinity on each nodes

Hi Vincent, welcome to the forums.

The steps taken so far make sense, but sorry to hear that there were no positive changes. I think it will be best to continue with Support as troubleshooting will likely require a review of the logs to better understand why the speeds dropped.

If you have concerns on the handling of the case, please use the Talk to a Manager button in the case portal. Support Management will review the case and assist with ensuring correct resources are assigned.
