Hi!
I have a customer with two StoreOnces, we run backup with immutability to the local StoreOnce, and we would like catalyst copy-jobs to the second StoreOnce (offsite and other subnet), we need to throttle the bandwith used for catalyst copy job. I tried to configure traffic rule for replication out on the primary StoreOnce, but it doesn't seem like that rule is being used. Will throttle rules in Veeam be used for this scenario?
The bandwith on the line between the sites is 1Gbit and we would like to set the rule for 50% during daytime at least.

Re: Veeam + 2xStoreOnce with immutability
Hi athome,
Veeam throttling works between Veeam infrastructure components, and since Catalyst Copy works via a direct connection between the StoreOnce's (not using our datamover), the Veeam throttling won't work here.
I believe you can set limits on Catalyst Copy on the Storeonce itself under Settings > Catalyst Settings > Bandwidth. Adjust it there and you should see the throttling.
