Hi,
When reading the documentation it only mentions that Microsoft SQL server still can be used, but the default is Postgres. I seem to remember a older version of the V12 documentation mentioning that large installations should use Microsoft SQL.
The Best pratice guide(https://bp.veeam.com/vbr/Support/config ... erver.html) mentions that if the Veeam server handles 5000-10000 workloads, Microsoft SQL should be used.
I would like to know if someone just forgot to update the BP guide, or this still is the recommendation from veeam ?

Re: Large VBR server, SQL or Postgres
Ive never seen this table, and I know they are updating this guide so lets say its written for v12.
However I think you should read this as concurrent load. do you have over 1000 concurrent tasks? for example: 2 disks per vm = 500 vm's concurrent.

Re: Large VBR server, SQL or Postgres
Right, it was valid for the initial V12 release but with the current version we no longer differentiate between the two database engine from scalability perspective.
