NTLM and VONE
I was having issues with connectivity between my VBR and VONE when NTLM was disabled. Is there a workaround so that I can make auditors happy?

Would you mind sharing with us the Veeam ONE version, Veeam Backup & Replication version, and Operating systems?

Re: NTLM and VONE
Hello Matthew,
QA have been checking deeply in our labs, and they share their wisdom. There is an important thing - in the Kerberos domain, FQDN should always be used everywhere, if you use Netbios names or IP - it won't work.
Are you using FQDN everywhere?
Let us know, if it fails, we would deeply appreciated a support case.

Re: NTLM and VONE
Hello Matthew,
In addition to the above, as far as I know, the described behavior could be when there is no domain trust between servers, they are not in the same domain, or in different domains without trust. The communication will only occur through NTLM, and if NTLM is disabled, authentication will fail.
The support case should help to troubleshoot that anyway.
Thanks
